We want you to love your product. But if for any reason you want to exchange it or return it for a refund, email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days after receiving the item. We'll reply with a return address.
All returned items must be undamaged and in unworn condition and should be shipped using a trackable method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Your package is shipped through the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of notice (on weekdays) and usually arrive at destination between 2-3 business days. Orders will only be shipped when the appropriate payments have been made and cleared by the customers’ appropriate bank.

International orders, are shipped through USPS international mail. Orders usually arrive between 2 to 3 weeks after departure from our warehouse. Although, if customs holds the order it may take longer.
**All international orders will include a tracking number, you will only be able to track it while in the US. Once your package leaves the US, you will not see any additional tracking information.**
We have no control over the postal service systems and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
